Cloud Solutions Architect – CenturyLink

Developed and maintain a public internet facing, SSO protected knowledge base and general resource site called CloudHelp. Servicing several thousand CenturyLink employees on a daily basis to aid in selling our cloud and network based products/services.

Developed and maintain an in house ticketing system for the Cloud Solution Architects team dubiously named “Deal Desk”. Implementing this allowed us to move away from Zendesk saving the company several thousand per month.

Implemented a team specific customer management tool used for tracking metrics of all new deals. (deprecated)

Supporting the sales org with all cloud based deals, cloud portal demos and assisting with technical implementations within our public cloud platform.
